- We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will arrange or reimburse return shipping.
7. Refund Processing
